Two generations, two showrooms, one standard
We opened in 1987 in a 3,000-square-foot storefront on Arapahoe Avenue with one delivery van and a promise: if we sell it, we service it. Today we run full showrooms in Boulder and Longmont, our own delivery fleet, and a repair department staffed by factory-trained technicians — and the promise hasn't moved an inch.
What makes us different
- We measure before we sell. Every delivery is confirmed against your doorways, stairs, and cutouts before the truck is loaded. Almost zero re-deliveries; almost zero surprises.
- Altitude matters here. Gas ranges and grills get re-jetted for 5,300 feet as part of installation — included, not an upsell.
- Our crews are employees. The people carrying your refrigerator up the stairs are on our payroll, background-checked, and trained in our warehouse — not a contractor's gig app.
- We service what we sell. One phone number gets you the same company for the sale, the install, and the repair five years later.
