Every appliance we sell leaves our Longmont warehouse on a Summit truck, driven by Summit employees — never a third-party carrier. The same crew measures your doorway, delivers, installs with altitude re-jetting included on gas, and hauls the old unit away in one visit.
If anything ever needs a second look, the people who installed it are the ones who come back.

Our fridge died on a Friday with a week of groceries inside. Summit had a Cascadia French door on the truck Saturday morning and the crew re-hung a door that opened the wrong way for our kitchen. Nobody at a box store is doing that.
Bought the Torrent washer/dryer pair during the rebate promo. Miguel walked us through the stacking kit, filed the $200 rebate for us at the counter, and the install crew leveled everything on our slanted 1962 laundry floor.
The Emberline range needed altitude re-jetting and Summit did it as part of the install — my simmer actually simmers now. They also flagged that our gas shutoff was original to the house and swapped it. Thorough people.
Scratch-and-dent dishwasher was exactly as described — one scuffed panel you can't see installed. Saved $300. Only ding: first delivery window filled up and I waited an extra two days. Would still buy open-box here again.
Repair visit for a 9-year-old dryer I didn't even buy from them. Tech had the drum roller on the truck, done in 40 minutes, and the $99 diagnostic came off the bill exactly like the website says.
Went in for a grill, left with the Alpen Forge 36 built into our island. They coordinated cutout dimensions with our contractor and tuned the burners for altitude before delivery. Sears never once did that in 30 years.

How fast can you deliver?
In-stock appliances reach most Boulder-metro addresses in 2–4 days, and delivery with professional installation is typically scheduled within 5–7 days. Same-day pickup is usually ready at the Boulder showroom, and you get a call the night before delivery with a real time window.
Do you haul away the old appliance?
Yes — add haul-away for $40 per unit and the crew takes your old appliance on the same trip. We disconnect it, protect your floors on the way out, and recycle what can be recycled, including proper refrigerant recovery on cold units.
What warranty comes with an open-box unit?
Most open-box units carry the full factory warranty because they were never installed; scratch-and-dent and floor models carry a minimum 90-day Summit guarantee, and every listing states exactly which applies. You can add a 3- or 5-year Summit Protection Plan to most units at checkout.
Do you price match?
Yes — bring a written local price on the identical model and we'll match it. The total usually favors us anyway: delivery by our own crew, altitude tuning, and in-house service are part of the deal, not third-party add-ons.
