The $99 diagnostic fee is applied in full toward your repair when you approve the work.

Common questions
Do you repair brands you don't sell?
Almost all of them. If a unit is over 15 years old or parts are discontinued, we'll tell you before we charge you a dime — and credit the diagnostic toward a replacement from our floor if you'd rather upgrade.
How fast can a tech come out?
Most Boulder and Longmont calls are scheduled within 2–3 business days. Tell us if food is at risk in a down refrigerator — those jump the queue.
Is the diagnostic fee really waived?
Yes — the full $99 comes off your invoice whenever you approve the recommended repair. You only pay it if you decline the work.
